2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using APReason, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Description of the Service

APReason is a structured reasoning assistant that helps users organize thoughts into subsessions, analyze problems in layers, and export reasoning. Features and availability may vary by plan.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Engaging in fraud, spam, phishing, or other deceptive practices.
• Infringing intellectual property rights of others.
• Interfering with the security, availability, or integrity of the Service, including through malware, probing, scraping, or denial-of-service attacks.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any technical limits of the Service.
• Using the Service to generate or distribute illegal, harmful, hateful, or abusive content.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, documentation, branding, and underlying technology. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your selected plan.

You retain ownership of the content you input into the Service. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are sold by Mama Maria Care Services (trading as APReason). Card payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. We do not store your full card details.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is added at checkout or included as required by law. Support requests, billing questions, and refunds are handled by us at support@apreason.com.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

8. Service Level

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

9. Warranties and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our acceptable use policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of the user, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law and, where appropriate, through binding arbitration or the courts of the user's jurisdiction.
